- Proven experience in electrical estimation and tendering.
- Ability to prepare electrical BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Experience in electrical material and labor cost estimation.
- Ability to review electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience obtaining supplier quotations and preparing competitive commercial offers.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
