Customs Clearance Broker

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage import & export customs clearance procedures
• Handle documentation through Saudi Customs (ZATCA) system
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (SASO, SABER, SFDA when applicable)
• Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines & transporters
• Resolve clearance delays and inspection-related matters
• Maintain strong client communication and reporting

Requirements:
• Proven experience in customs clearance operations (Saudi Arabia)
• Strong knowledge of ZATCA customs procedures
• Experience handling port shipments at Jeddah Islamic Port
• Familiarity with freight forwarding & logistics documentation
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)
