RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing residential compounds, commercial complexes, office buildings & various projects
- Preparing professional 3D presentations for clients (Lumion / V-Ray)
- Preparing detailed design drawings
- Ensuring designs comply with SBC, Balady & Civil Defense requirements
🔹 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Experience: 4-6 years in a consultancy office in Saudi Arabia
- Accreditation from Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory
