Commercial building and villa projects.
Quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Preparing financial payment applications.
Preparing price quotations and BOQs.
Shop drawings and architectural documentation.
Architectural design software and technical office work.
Site management and supervision.
Supervising technicians and monitoring project progress.
Knowledge of Gulf building codes and construction standards.
Good English and Arabic communication skills.
