Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and assess distressed real estate projects.
✅ Develop strategic plans to complete and revive stalled projects.
✅ Build and manage relationships with project owners and decision-makers.
✅ Analyze financial and technical project reports.
✅ Lead and guide teams to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
💼 5-7 years of experience in business development or project management, preferably in real estate development.
📊 Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
🤝 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
🌍 Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
