Engineer Iii – Sales & Marketing

Are you an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Electrical & Mechanical products and a solid network in the construction sector? Rezayat Group is looking for a driven Engineer III – Sales & Marketing to join our team in Riyadh!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
-Drive B2B sales by regularly visiting clients and leveraging industry relationships.
-Introduce international manufacturer products to the Saudi market.
-Host supplier visits and ensure key client exposure.
-Guide the preparation of quotations, POs, and client invoices.
-Ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
-Report market trends and key insights to the Commercial Manager.
-Understand customer needs and align product offerings accordingly.
-Provide technical expertise during the sales process.
-Conduct product demos and presentations.
-Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities.
-Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Contribute to pricing, strategy, and contract negotiations.
-Identify new accounts and schedule sales calls.
-Prepare detailed sales and engineering trend reports.

✅ Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-4–6 years of experience in sales/marketing of electrical & mechanical products.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-Skilled in negotiation, client management, and follow-ups.
-Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
-Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
