Estimation & Cost Engineer

Description:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in Facility Management (FM) project estimation.
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and Soft Services pricing.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing tenders and technical & financial proposals.
- Ability to independently estimate integrated FM contracts.
- Good knowledge of government and private tenders, including Etimad platform.
