Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
✅ 5–8 years of experience in estimation and tender preparation
✅ Experience in pricing government & private tenders in Saudi Arabia
✅ Experience in pricing Facility Management (FM) projects
✅ Knowledge of Saudi market costs and Etimad platform
✅ Excellent English communication skills
