Facility Manager Required

Requirements:
*15+ years of total experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations
*Minimum 3 years of Gulf experience as a Facility Manager (Mandatory)
*Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers & Pumps)
*Hands-on experience with Electrical Distribution, UPS, Generators & Emergency Power Systems
*Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) & Building Automation Systems (BAS)
*Experience managing Elevators, BMU, STP/WWTP, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
*Expertise in Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) & Corrective Maintenance
*Strong knowledge of Asset Management & Asset Condition Assessment
*Experience managing Commercial, Banking, Hospitality, or Mixed-use Facilities
*Proficient in CAFM Software, JIRA, Ticketing Systems & Microsoft Office
*Excellent leadership, contractor management, client coordination, reporting & communication skills
