Finance Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and oversee the finance function across the group
✅ Develop and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, and finance workflows
✅ Manage budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting
✅ Oversee banking relationships and financing facilities, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee (LGs)
✅ Support business expansion, new company setups, and corporate restructuring initiatives
✅ Provide strategic financial insights and partner with executive management on key business decisions

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting
✅ Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is essential
✅ Mandatory experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Ready-Mix, or Precast industries
✅ Proven leadership experience in building, managing, and developing finance teams
✅ Strong expertise in:

Treasury Management
Cash Flow Management
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Banking Relationships
Banking Facilities, LCs & LGs
Saudi Zakat & VAT regulations
Group Finance, Internal Controls, and Corporate Governance
✅ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is preferred
✅ Experience in finance transformation, company setup, or corporate restructuring is a strong advantage
✅ Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, SOCPA, or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred
