Financial Analyst

Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Finance.
- Experience in Financial Analysis and Business Performance.
- Strong experience in Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Experience in Management Reporting & Variance Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modeling.
- Experience with Power BI and developing financial and operational dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and decision support.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
