Fp&a Manager

Description:

We’re seeking an FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, planning, and financial performance management across multiple business units. This role plays a critical role in shaping financial strategy and supporting leadership decisions.

What you’ll do:
▪ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
▪ Manage financial reporting and performance analysis
▪ Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
▪ Identify risks, opportunities, and cost efficiencies
▪ Oversee junior analysts and review financial models

Requirements:
▪ 7–10 years experience in FP&A or corporate finance
▪ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
▪ Advanced financial modeling expertise
▪ Experience managing budgets at scale
▪ Must be able to work onsite in Jeddah

Preferred:
▪ CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification
▪ Experience in multi-entity or group finance structures
▪ SAP or Oracle ERP experience
▪ Previous management experience in the GCC
