Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who can build, ship, and take ownership end-to-end.

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack web applications, covering both frontend (React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or equivalent).

• Strong command of modern web fundamentals including responsive design, REST & GraphQL APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, authentication/authorization, and containerized deployments.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others) and modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling.

• Heavy, daily use of AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity, Windsurf, Cline, and agentic workflows — with a clear understanding of when and how to use each effectively.

• Comfortable using AI beyond code completion: architecture planning, automated testing, debugging, code review, and documentation.

• Actively stays up to date with the latest in AI-assisted engineering (models, tools, frameworks) and understands their real-world trade-offs.

• A fast learner with a builder’s mindset who explores, evaluates, and integrates new technologies into daily workflows.
