RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Lead department heads and senior teams
🔹 Drive revenue and commercial performance
🔹 Develop annual operating plans
🔹 Maintain service and guest-experience standards
🔹 Manage owner and stakeholder relationships
🔹 Drive cost optimization
🔹 Support expansion and new openings
🔹 Lead organizational development

TARGET PROFILE

• 10+ years hospitality experience
• Current/former GM, Hotel Manager or Operations Director
• Strong P&L experience
• Multi-department leadership
• GCC experience preferred
