Head of Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the organization's overall finance strategy and financial planning.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow management.

• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Develop and maintain strong financial controls and governance processes.

• Monitor financial performance, profitability, and key financial indicators.

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards.

• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.

• Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, advisors, and other stakeholders.

• Identify financial risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.


IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.

• Strong background in financial management, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and corporate finance principles.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.

• GCC or international finance leadership experience is highly desirable.
