Description:

Abeer Medical Group is seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead group-wide financial planning and performance management across more than 20 business units in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will lead a team of two professionals and play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly financial performance reporting.
* Develop financial models for a new hospital, covering investment costs, opening plans, breakeven analysis, and funding requirements.
* Partner with hospital and clinic leadership to monitor performance, costs, and profit margins.
* Prepare KPI dashboards, executive reports, Board presentations, and business cases for expansion.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support group-wide business performance.

Requirements
* 10–15 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
* Senior-level experience with multi-site or group-wide financial responsibilities.
* Healthcare or hospital industry experience is strongly preferred.
* Advanced financial modelling and Microsoft Excel skills.
* GCC market experience.
* Ability to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
