Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead GP teams across multiple branches
• Oversee emergency cases and ensure adherence to clinical standards
• Manage medical approvals and insurance coordination
• Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and CCHI regulations
• Monitor performance and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS)
• Proven experience as a GP with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in medical insurance & approvals is a strong plus.
• Experience in multi-branch or group medical settings is a plus
• Transferable Iqama is a must
• Excellent in both Arabic & English language
