We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, and support employee relations while driving operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
• 3–6 years HR experience (Operations & Employee Relations)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI & Mudad
• Experience managing HR processes & outsourcing agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) – mandatory
• Ability to join immediately
