Vip Members Club Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise furniture painting, polishing, and finishing operations.
- Ensure proper sanding, surface preparation, paint mixing, and spray application.
- Maintain high standards of paint finish, color matching, and surface quality.
- Identify and correct painting defects before final inspection.
- Ensure practical application knowledge of PU, NC, melamine, and water-based paints and lacquers.
- Supervise painters and polishing workers to maintain consistent finishing quality.
- Minimize rework and ensure customer quality requirements are met.

**Candidate Requirements:**
- Must be currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi candidates are welcome.
- Proven experience in furniture painting, polishing, and finishing is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of paint application and finishing defects.
- Ability to supervise shop-floor activities and take ownership of painting quality.
- Transferable Iqama and immediate availability preferred.We are looking for an experienced VIP Members Club Manager to lead the operations of an exclusive, high-end private members' club in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, preferably within prestigious private members' clubs, with extensive experience managing VIP clientele and delivering exceptional service standards.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in prestigious luxury venues is highly preferred
•⁠ ⁠Strong background in Fine Dining, Lounges, and VIP Hospitality
•⁠ ⁠Extensive experience handling high-profile and VIP clientele
•⁠ ⁠Excellent understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience
•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to maintain exclusivity and deliver personalized guest experiences
