Hse Director

Description:

We are seeking an accomplished HSE Director to provide executive leadership across large-scale construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to ensuring world-class safety performance across complex, high-risk environments.

Strategic Responsibilities:
• Define and implement enterprise-wide HSE strategy aligned with international best practices
• Lead HSE governance across multiple mega and industrial projects
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international standards, and client requirements
• Act as the executive authority on all safety, health, and environmental matters
• Drive a proactive, zero-incident safety culture across all project sites
Leadership Expectations:
• Proven executive-level HSE leadership within EPC, construction, or industrial sectors
• Strong experience managing large, multi-site HSE teams
• Ability to influence boards, executive leadership, and government stakeholders
