Hse Director

Description:

A major operator is looking for an HSE Director to lead safety strategy across complex industrial and infrastructure environments.

Key Requirements:

• 12–18 years of progressive HSE experience
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification required
• Strong knowledge of regional and international safety regulations
• Proven leadership driving safety culture
• Experience within infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors
• Demonstrated success improving safety performance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate HSE strategy
• Lead audits, inspections, and compliance programs
• Establish safety KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Drive workforce training and awareness initiatives
• Advise leadership on risk mitigation
