Role Overview
Leading organization committed to world-class safety standards across mega and giga projects. This executive role ensures the highest levels of health, safety, and environmental compliance while embedding a proactive safety culture across all operations. Reports to the CEO or Chief Projects Officer.


🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead HSE strategy across all project sites and operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.
• Oversee risk assessments, audits, and incident prevention programs.
• Drive a strong safety culture across contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive reporting on safety performance and risks.


🔹 Leadership Expectations
• Proven HSE leadership on mega or giga projects in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing large, high-risk construction environments.
• Ability to influence safety culture at all organizational levels.
• Executive presence with strong governance and leadership capabilities.
