HSE Engineer

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in Construction & Infrastructure projects
✔ Valid NEBOSH IGC and OSHA certifications
✔ Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulations, and compliance
✔ Experience in Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), and HSE Management Systems
✔ Excellent communication, reporting, organizational, and teamwork skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure compliance with HSE policies, client requirements, and Saudi regulations
✔ Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard identification
✔ Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and PTW documentation
✔ Investigate incidents and implement corrective & preventive actions
✔ Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training
✔ Monitor contractor compliance and promote a proactive safety culture
