 Role Overview

As a C-Level HSE Leader, you will define and execute the overall HSE strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational risk mitigation, ESG alignment, and a culture of safety excellence across multi-site operations. This role requires strong executive presence, regulatory influence, and strategic oversight of complex energy portfolios.
You will partner directly with Board Members, Executive Leadership, and Government Authorities to embed sustainability and safety performance into corporate strategy.
 Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and implement enterprise-wide HSE strategy aligned with corporate objectives
🔹 Serve as Executive Advisor on risk management, compliance, and sustainability
🔹 Lead cultural transformation toward zero harm & operational resilience
🔹 Establish KPIs and performance metrics across all operational units
🔹 Strengthen contractor HSE governance and third-party risk controls
🔹 Engage with regulatory bodies and government stakeholders
🔹 Drive ESG reporting, environmental stewardship & decarbonization initiatives
🔹 Oversee crisis management, emergency response, and incident investigation frameworks

 Candidate Profile

•  Bachelor’s/Master’s in HSE, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field
•  10–15+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience within Energy sector
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables or large EPC environments
•  Strong knowledge of Saudi & international HSE regulations
•  Proven executive stakeholder engagement & board-level reporting
•  Experience managing large multi-site HSE teams
•  Compensation & Executive Incentives
