Hse Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage HSE activities of field subcontractors across multiple scopes
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Monitor and support subcontracting activities, including:
Geotechnical Investigations
Topographical Surveys
GPR Underground Surveys
Exploratory Excavations
NDT & Concrete Testing
Provide HSE support to project teams during site visits
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to PTW, LOTO, and safety protocols

🔹What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in refinery / oil & gas projects
✔ Strong knowledge of field safety management and subcontractor oversight
✔ Hands-on experience with site-based operations and risk control
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills
