We are looking for experienced Informatica Platform Support professionals with strong expertise in BDM/DEI, PowerExchange (CDC), Axon, Spark and Oracle to support enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse environments.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and support Informatica BDM/DEI platforms, services and environments.
Monitor and support ETL workflows, mappings and batch data pipelines.
Handle workflow failures, reruns, recovery and performance tuning.
Monitor and troubleshoot PowerExchange CDC pipelines, latency, lag and data consistency issues.
Support Informatica Axon for data lineage, business glossary and metadata governance.
Monitor Informatica services running on Tomcat and support Spark cluster execution.
Manage and support Informatica metadata repositories in Oracle.
Provide L1/L2 production support, incident management and root cause analysis.
Support deployments, releases, production cutovers and change activities.
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, operational dashboards and support documentation.
Participate in on-call and shift-based production support.
