International Procurement Officer

Description:

A leading construction and infrastructure company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced International Procurement Officer to manage global sourcing and purchasing for heavy equipment, spare parts, crushers, and ready-mix concrete plants.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full international procurement cycle for equipment, spare parts, and materials
•  Handle overseas suppliers, shipping, logistics, and customs clearance
•  Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company procurement policies
•  Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and warranties
•  Coordinate procurement activities using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
•  Ensure timely delivery at optimal cost and quality standards

Requirements

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in international procurement within infrastructure or heavy equipment sectors
•  Strong experience in purchasing heavy machinery spare parts, crushers, and ready-mix concrete plant materials
•  Proven background working with international suppliers & Saudi customs procedures
•  Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
•  Strong command of English (written & spoken)
•  Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
