It Operations Specialist

Description:

The company is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join the team and contribute to operating systems, supporting IT infrastructure, and ensuring the continuity and efficiency of technical services.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Monitor and operate technical systems to ensure smooth and continuous performance.
🔹 Execute technical cabling and main infrastructure installations.
🔹 Install and maintain computers and related peripherals.
🔹 Monitor and maintain network systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
🔹 Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related problems.
🔹 Follow up on system and software updates to ensure operational stability.
🔹 Prepare technical reports related to maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
🔹 Collaborate with different teams to maintain efficient IT infrastructure operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or technical support.
✅ Experience with technical cabling and infrastructure installations.
✅ Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.

✅ Professional certifications are preferred, such as:
