What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end IT project delivery – scope, plan, budget, and execute.
Motivate and guide cross-functional IT teams to meet goals.
Serve as the primary link to stakeholders — ensure clear communication and alignment.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Ensure quality, compliance (HIPAA, JCI), and cost efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement through documentation and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For
8+ years in IT project management with proven success in full project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
PMP / PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.
Strong leadership, resource planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Healthcare IT expertise is a plus.
Knowledge of AI projects will be an added advantage.
Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
