You’ll be the first point of contact for all tech-related issues, ensuring seamless operations for a company that moves thousands of shipments daily.

Your Day-to-Day:
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues across multiple sites
Manage upgrades, patching, and system configurations
Work with internal users to improve IT efficiency and resolve escalated issues
Support the rollout of new technology and digital tools across the business

You Bring:
✅ 2+ years of technical support or system admin experience
✅ Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN fundamentals
✅ Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
