Land Surveyor

Description:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in construction or land surveying, including at least 5 years in a consultancy/supervision capacity on major building or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software platforms (Trimble, Leica, or equivalent)
- Sound understanding of construction drawings, tolerances, and QA/QC protocols
- Working knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority requirements
- Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) required
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
