Lastmile & Logistics Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Last Mile Specialist to join our team. You will be the key person responsible for managing shipping operations and ensuring every order reaches our customers efficiently and with top-tier quality.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
Carrier Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with shipping and delivery partners.

Daily Operations: Oversee daily shipping workflows and resolve any delays or return (RTO) issues.

Last Mile Optimization: Enhance delivery performance and minimize customer complaints.

KPI Tracking: Monitor key metrics including Delivery Lead Time, Return Rates, and Delivery Success Rates.

Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise between Customer Service and Warehouse teams.

Process Improvement: Implement solutions to boost operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in Logistics or Last Mile delivery (E-commerce experience is a major plus).

Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and local shipping providers.

High organizational and follow-up skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and management systems.
