Logistics Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics operations, shipping coordination, inventory control, and vendor management.

🔹 Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including shipping, freight, and warehousing.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and road).
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
Negotiate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and vendors to optimize costs.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
Support inventory management and logistics reporting.

🔹 Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination.
Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance, and freight handling.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/logistics systems is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Based in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama.
