Maintenance Manager

Description:

Oversee and optimize maintenance operations to ensure smooth and continuous production within the 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔸Plan and manage preventive & corrective maintenance for production lines and factory equipment.
🔸Diagnose technical faults, identify root causes, and improve equipment performance.
🔸Supervise and lead maintenance teams, assign tasks, and foster continuous improvement.
🔸Coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse departments for spare parts and maintenance schedules.
🔸Prepare maintenance reports, ensure documentation, and implement corrective actions.
🔸Enforce compliance with safety and occupational health standards.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔸Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
🔸Minimum 7 years’ industrial maintenance experience — 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬.
🔸Knowledge of ERP, Asset Management, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Feed Milling
