This is the defining regional leadership role – full P&L, strategy, and people accountability for KSA & GCC operations. As Managing Director, you'll be the face of the organization to government, investors, partners, and 500+ employees.

🔹 Your Mandate:
• Full P&L ownership: Revenue growth, profitability, cash flow management
• Market entry & expansion strategy across KSA cities and GCC neighbors
• Government relations & regulatory navigation at highest levels
• Strategic partnerships, joint ventures & major client acquisition
• Country managers & functional leaders mentorship & development
• Saudization leadership & local talent pipeline building
• Risk management, compliance & corporate governance excellence
• Representation at industry forums, investor conferences & media

🔹 The Profile:
✓ 20+ years with 10+ years at GM/MD/President level in KSA/GCC
✓ Proven P&L turnaround or scale-up success in complex markets
✓ Unmatched network across Saudi government, private sector, investment community
✓ Experience leading diverse, multicultural organizations (500+ employees)
✓ Deep fluency in Saudi business culture, etiquette, and relationship dynamics
✓ Arabic native or professional fluency; Saudi national preferred
✓ International exposure with regional rootedness
