Qualifications Requirements:

Have a bachelor’s in engineering or Technical Diploma in Engineering or equivalent along with minimum of 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, 5 years of experience in manufacturing CNC process.

Have experience in leading and mentoring teams in manufacturing environment.

Have good communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner.

Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment

Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
