Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems.
•  Manage subcontractor coordination and inspections.
•  Control site schedules and quality benchmarks.
•  Ensure Civil Defense and regulatory approvals.
•  Oversee testing and final handover.

 Requirements:

•  12–15 years’ MEP site management experience.
• HOspitality or mixed-use project background.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
•  GCC experience highly desirable.
