Mep Coordinator

Description:

What you'll do:
- Coordinate MEP subcontractors and follow up on site progress
- Review shop drawings and ensure coordination with architectural and structural works
- Identify clashes and resolve technical issues with the technical office, consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure installations follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Follow up on technical submissions, approvals, material deliveries and inspections
- Coordinate work fronts and installation sequences with the site team to meet the project programme

What we're looking for:
- Hands-on MEP site coordination experience
- Main contractor background
- Open to Saudi and Lebanese nationals
- Hospital project experience is a strong plus
