Mep Execution Manager

Description:

Looking for an MEP execution manager electrical background with 12 plus years of experience. The incumbent should have solid technical background given he will be involved for the first 2 months in getting approval on the power and low current material submittal. As MEP execution manager, the incumbent should be able to do the following:

1/attending meetings with the consultant, PMC, client
2/proper reporting of Project progress
3/leading team of engineers to finalize the project as per project time schedule
4/managing construction, procurement, and engineering works
5/monitoring the project budget and ensuring project is finished within allocated budget
6/Communicating with various departments including engineering and procurement to facilitate and attain required deliverables
7/Following up on site progress with site team and ensuring site construction activities are finalized as per approved program of works
8/Following up with the team to prepare monthly IPC
9/Conducting presentations when required to the various stakeholders
10/Assisting the team in getting approvals and intervening when required
11/Overseeing coordination activities with other subcontractors
12/Experience in managing projects in different life cycles from installation to testing and commissioning phase
