A leading organisation is seeking an accomplished Operations Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across its business, driving efficiency, growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's operational strategy and execution.
• Oversee multiple business functions and operational units.
• Drive productivity, profitability and service excellence.
• Establish operational KPIs and performance standards.
• Manage budgets, resources and operational risks.
• Lead senior managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of progressive operations experience.
• Proven senior leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong P&L and commercial understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and multiple functions.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
