Operations Manager

Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage operations across multiple retail stores
• Drive sales, profitability & key retail KPIs
• Manage and develop Store Managers / Area Managers
• Ensure operational excellence and SOP compliance
• Monitor inventory, stock productivity & shrinkage
• Drive exceptional customer experience
• Ensure Visual Merchandising & brand standards
• Support new store openings, renovations & expansion
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Buying, Planning, Supply Chain & VM teams
• Analyze performance and implement improvement plans
🔹 Ideal Candidate
✅ 13+ years of retail operations experience
✅ Strong background in Fashion / Apparel / Footwear / Lifestyle Retail
✅ Proven multi-store / multi-brand management experience
✅ Strong exposure to sales, P&L and retail KPIs
✅ Experience managing large retail teams
✅ Saudi / GCC retail experience preferred
✅ Arab nationality preferred
✅ Arabic & English communication skills preferred
