Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multi-store retail operations across footwear outlets.
Drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Manage store performance, KPIs, budgets, and operational targets.
Lead, coach, and develop store managers and retail teams.
Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective improvement strategies.
Coordinate with commercial, merchandising, HR, and supply chain teams.

🔹 Key Requirements
Strong experience in Footwear Retail Operations.
Proven experience managing multiple retail stores.
Experience working with international brands is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance, and store operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
Experience in the Saudi/GCC retail market will be an advantage
