Oracle Cloud Epm Solution Lead

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Solution Lead to lead solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and go-live activities across the Oracle Cloud EPM landscape.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead solution design for Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and EDMCS, as applicable
• Design financial models, hierarchies, drivers, allocations, and consolidation rules
• Support integrations between Oracle EPM, Fusion GL, and source systems
• Lead testing cycles, performance validation, deployment, and go-live activities
• Collaborate closely with Finance Controllers, FP&A, and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions

🔹 Required Skills
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Suite
✅ Strong understanding of Consolidation, Planning, Forecasting & Reconciliation
✅ Experience with Data Management / Data Exchange
✅ Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
✅ Experience leading Oracle EPM implementations and solution design
