Planning Manager

Description:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
5–20 years total experience in construction .
Proven expertise in project scheduling, baseline creation, and progress monitoring.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and other project management software.
Strong knowledge of construction sequences, cost control, and resource planning.
Ability to prepare and present look-ahead schedules, delay analysis, and recovery plans.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Develop, update, and monitor project schedules and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with targets.
Prepare progress reports and support management in decision-making.
Evaluate project delays and provide mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and contractual obligations.
