Procurement and Logistics Officer

Description:

We are seeking a highly proactive and organized Procurement & Logistics Officer to streamline supply chain operations, manage site logistics, and expedite material delivery for our major project in Riyadh.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end procurement of construction materials, heavy equipment, and specialist subcontractors.
Main and update the project procurement log while carefully monitoring complex vendor delivery schedules.
Coordinate incoming material deliveries, freight transportation, and on-site material placement logistics.
Plan site access requirements, secure necessary municipal/project permits, and orchestrate equipment mobilization.
Monitor vendor fabrication/shipment milestones and directly expedite critical path items when required.

💼 Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, and logistics coordination within the construction or engineering sector.
Skills: Strong background in managing vendor relations, analyzing factory-to-site delivery timelines, and securing transport/mobilization permits in KSA.
Competencies: High proficiency in maintaining tracking logs, risk identification in shipping delays, and cross-functional coordination with site execution teams.
