Description:
A major development organization is seeking accomplished Project & Construction Directors to lead complex capital programs, mega-project delivery, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and strategic project stakeholders.
š¹ EXPERIENCE: 18+ years in construction, engineering, project management, or major capital programs
š¹ EXPERTISE: Mega-project delivery, construction management, contracts, project controls, commercial management, HSE, quality, and risk
š¹ LEADERSHIP: Proven experience directing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams
š¹ RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead project strategy, oversee construction execution, manage contractors and consultants, control budgets and schedules, and deliver major programs against strategic objectives
š¹ PREFERRED: Saudi/GCC experience across infrastructure, real estate, transportation, energy, hospitality, or large-scale development
