Description:

We are supporting a leading Tier-1 EPC and infrastructure developer in Saudi Arabia seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead large-scale giga and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Provide full lifecycle leadership across planning, execution, and handover
• Lead multiple project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction
• Oversee schedules, budgets, risk, and contractual performance
• Act as the senior interface with government entities, consultants, and JV partners
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards
Leadership Expectations:
• Proven experience directing projects valued at USD 500M+
• Strong command of FIDIC contracts and claims management
• Ability to lead multicultural, high-performing teams in complex environments
