Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage maintenance & operations projects
▪️ Define project scope, goals & deliverables
▪️ Coordinate with internal teams & stakeholders
▪️ Monitor progress and provide management reports
▪️ Ensure safety & quality compliance
▪️ Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance activities
▪️ Manage resources and operational performance

📋 Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
▪️ Proven experience as Project Manager
▪️ Strong leadership & communication skills
▪️ PMP certification preferred
▪️ Experience in FM / MEP is a plus
▪️ Strong organizational & problem-solving abilities
▪️ Good command of English
