Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of development projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to construction, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to the defined project charter, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to assess design alternatives, focusing on achieving optimal cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Track construction progress, monitor activities, and maintain budgetary control throughout each project phase.
- Supervise project documentation, including cost estimates, BOQs, and drawings, ensuring they align with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to standard.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between internal teams, authorities, and service providers to ensure effective project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development (mixed-use, hospitality, commercial property development).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Saudi National (In compliance with Saudi Arabian Nationalization Law)
