About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team for a school building project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:        

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Ensure project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

• Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 15+ years in construction management, with a focus on building projects.

• Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

• KSA Experience: Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is required.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to project needs.
